Player of the Week - McDonogh School

Sam Shea - a senior DL had a big game defensively for the Fords in a losing effort. He led the team in tackles and recovered a fumble on the first play of the game. Shea made tackles all over the field and was costantly on the move throughout the contest. For his efforts he was named the Delaware County Defensive Lineman of the Week for the Catholic/Independent Schools.

Player of the Week - Honorable Mention

Offense - Nick Craig a junior (RB/LB) had 3 carries for 40 yards and a TD. He averaged just over 13 yds per carry.

Defense - Joe McCallion a junior (LB/FB) in limited time, was the second leading tackler on the team with 4 tackles. He presented a solid presence in the middle.

Special Teams - Aaron Morgan a freshman (P/K) did a solid job on kickoffs and converted on his one PAT opportunity of the day.
